10. Joseph Prince $5M

It really is no wonder that the senior pastor of New Creation Church in Singapore made it to the pages of Charisma magazine once: his charisma sealed the deal for this super rich pastor, who co-founded the church back in 1983 and has been on a spiritual and financial rise ever since. Apart from his pastor duties, he also publishes books, records CDs and DVDs and makes tons of money in the process. That’s what you get when you switch from being an IT consultant to founding one of the biggest churches in all of Asia.

His equally famous friends help him, such as Joel Osteen of Lakewood Megachurch, who has hosted a number of his sermons. Another key factor was an online video program called Destined to Reign, with a following in over 150 countries.

9. T.B. Joshua $10M

Temitope Balogun Joshua or simply T.B. Joshua is a powerhouse of a pastor in his native Nigeria. He’s also a renowned televangelist and philanthropist. He gained fame by being the leader and founder of The Synagogue, Church of All Nations (SCOAN). SCOAN is a Christian organization that runs the Emmanuel TV television station from Lagos, Nigeria. His methods are rather questionable: on multiple occasions he stated that he can cure homosexuality and even HIV through the power of prayer. He likes to make prophecies, whether they come true or not. He is also very active on social media: he’s got over 2.5M fans on Facebook and 500,000 Youtube subscribers. All of that helped him earn $10M.

8. Franklin Graham $25M

Franklin Graham is the son of the famous pastor Billy Graham, so his career path was pretty much decided from an early age. These days he is the CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and of Samaritan’s Purse Christian relief organization. He made the headlines back in 2003, supporting the invasion of Iraq and criticizing Islam in the wake of 9/11. He even told the press that Barack Obama had a “a seed of Islam” in him. And he also supports Vladimir Putin-approved anti-LGBT laws in Russia. But none of that prevented Graham from becoming a very rich religious man.
